Refund Policy

At Kennedy Lane Stitch Co., each product is carefully designed and prepared with intention. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [kennedylanestitch@gmail.com] with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for:


  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they are submitted. Each canvas is carefully prepared and processed quickly to get it to you as soon as possible. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
